The app calculates the fare from distance and time and shows it in full before you tap request. What you see is what's deducted, even if traffic makes the journey longer.
Wallet payment is our default, but we know cash still dominates the market, so cash remains available as a fallback at launch.

No. Wallet credit pays for rides inside the app only and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Tap support in the app or call us. A person answers in Arabic and every case has a written protocol. Serious reports suspend the captain's account immediately while we investigate.

Yes. Registration, verification and vehicle inspection are all free, and we never charge you to join.
The week closes Thursday night and the transfer reaches your Al-Kuraimi account Saturday morning. If you need your money sooner, you can request a daily withdrawal.
No. We need your national ID, driving licence, vehicle registration if it's plated, a live photo, and two references.
Yes. You get sixty days to obtain one, and we help you on dedicated licensing days we organise for exactly this.
First a warning, then lower priority for requests, and finally a one-day suspension. We won't cut your income overnight, but compliance raises the number of rides you get.
